Hey y’all!
Just here to say Happy New Year. I see all of the sweet social media posts of faith and endurance during the tough year of ’20, but I have to say that I just haven’t had the retrospect vibe. I’ve been so busy and preoccupied with all of the work to be done that I haven’t stopped to look back and soak it in. Or maybe I just don’t want to.
But a few days ago, I was reviewing the comments in 2020 made by the users of our Obrerofiel.com resource library, and I was humbled. Humbled by the diligent work and prayers of my team in Mexico, and humbled by the genuine gratefulness of our website users and online students.
So over the next few weeks or so, I’ll be sending some of those comments to help me remember why I’m so busy… why I get bogged down in the daily work… why I always feel like there’s too much to do. I’ll remember “why” and I’ll feel peace and gratitude to God who is the ultimate reason “why”. So I guess if I were to choose a word for the year, it would be “grateful“.
This quote was written to one of our course facilitators who works individually with students as they go through materials of the New Life in Christ study. This quote is translated from Spanish…
